I have been severely affected by the flood event of February 2019 in Townsville. At the time, I was in the fortunate position to be aware of Urban Pro and the work they do. Within hours of regaining access to my flooded home, Urban pro’s team had started remedial work to mitigate losses as best possible.
Drihan assisted me in liaising with my insurance loss adjustor, and smoothed these otherwise stressful proses for me. Nothing was too much to ask. Everything flowed smoothly. The end result is that I’m one of the first people to reoccupy my home in that affected area.
